Before shipment

You may request a cancellation before your order ships.

Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s current status (for example, if processing has already started).

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and then follow the Returns & Refund Policy (returns accepted within 30 days of delivery).
