Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

The reason for the return
If the issue involves damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, please include photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping responsibility

Non-quality returns (for example, changed mind or ordering the wrong item): the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Quality issues, incorrect items, or damage: the seller is responsible for return shipping in most cases or handled based on the specific circumstances after review.

Original shipping fees
Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, incorrect item, or damage.

Damaged or incorrect items (48-hour notice)
If your package arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. Claims reported after 48 hours may not qualify for the same resolution options.

Refund processing time
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard). Timing for funds to appear may vary by bank or card issuer.

Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
