Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders $120 or more. Orders under $120 have a flat $15 standard shipping fee.

What’s your order cutoff time?
6:00 pm (CST).

How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time is 1–3 business days.

How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time after shipment is typically 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates can shift due to carrier delays or external events.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.

Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, we provide tracking information after shipment. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Non-returnable items: None.

Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For confirmed quality issues, incorrect items, or damage, the seller is responsible for return shipping in most cases or handled based on the circumstances after review.

Do you refund the original shipping fee?
Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, incorrect item, or damage.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and are issued back to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard). Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.

Do you charge tax at checkout?
No. Item prices include tax; no additional tax is added at checkout.
