We ship to the United States only.
Shipping fees
Orders $120 or more: free standard shipping
Orders under $120: $15 standard shipping
Order cutoff time
Orders placed by 6:00 pm (CST) begin processing based on order volume and verification. Orders placed after the cutoff may start processing the next business day.
Processing time
Processing time is 1–3 business days (business days exclude weekends and major holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and carrier handoff.
Transit time (after shipment)
After your order ships, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and can change due to carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers, depending on destination and logistics.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we provide tracking information after shipment. Carrier scans may take time to appear or update.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; changes are only possible before shipment and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations (before and after shipment)
Before shipment: You may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s current status.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. Please follow our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged (including damage in transit) or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
If the issue is confirmed as damage, a defect, or our shipping error, we cover return shipping in most cases or handle the situation based on the specific circumstances.
Delays and exceptions
We work to meet the stated processing (1–3 business days) and transit timelines (3–5 business days after shipment), but we cannot control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us and we will help you check the latest tracking status.
