Limited Warranty

Etoffia provides a limited warranty focused on items that arrive defective or damaged on arrival, subject to the requirements below. This warranty applies to purchases made through etoffia.com and does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, or damage caused after delivery.

DOA and delivery damage (48-hour notice)
If an item arrives dead on arrival (DOA), defective on arrival, or visibly damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

The item(s)

The packaging (including any visible damage)

The shipping label (if available)

What we may do
After reviewing your claim, we may offer an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, such as:

Replacement (where available), or

Refund, or

Another reasonable resolution aligned with the specific issue

Return shipping for confirmed issues
For confirmed quality issues, incorrect items, or damage, the seller is responsible for return shipping in most cases or handled based on the circumstances after review.

How this relates to returns
This limited warranty does not reduce your rights under our Returns & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
