These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of etoffia.com and any purchase from Etoffia. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and site use
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape data unlawfully, or submit fraudulent orders).

Product information and availability
We work to describe products and display information accurately. However, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without notice. If information contains an error, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel or adjust an order in a reasonable manner.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders for reasons including inventory constraints, suspected fraud, or verification issues. If an order is canceled after authorization, your card issuer’s timeline will control when pending amounts are released.

Pricing, taxes, and shipping

Taxes: Item prices include tax; no additional tax is added at checkout.

Shipping: We ship to the United States only. Shipping fees follow this rule: free standard shipping on orders $120+ and $15 on orders under $120.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Transit time after shipment: 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Cancellations

Before shipment: You may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s current status.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled; please follow the Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.

Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return (non-quality returns: buyer pays; confirmed quality issues/incorrect items/damage: seller pays in most cases or handled based on circumstances).

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” except where otherwise required by law. Etoffia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, and design elements) is owned by or licensed to Etoffia and may not be used without permission.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were posted.
